Ruby can count!
I asked her how many puppy stickers she was holding and she held up one and said, "one." Then she held up the other and said, "two!"
At 18 months. Amazing!
Quinn, telling me about one of her paper dolls: "Her name is Areesafracka."
Me: "Areesafracka?"
Q: "No, Jerry's a Cracker."
"It would be wonderful if we didn't have a daddy and we would be free or a mommy and we would be free. Me and sissy. Sissy and me."
Quinn appears to have mastered the use of the word "nor." She's used it on several occasions now. The latest example: "I don't like my coat nor my sweatshirt nor my shoes." Wow, this kid...
